Miklos' Blues BBQ  the project he is using to make deep engagement in the world of contemporary blues. Names like Johhny Winter, Eric Clapton, SRV, Jimi Henrix are a natural elements in his music. The way he develops sound and guitar teqnics shoes the influences of the great blues players of the 70's, 80's but he does not stop there! A kind of jazzy mix (we do here some Mike Sternish loops?) But far from being a typical jazz player he plays the mix of Missippi and Texas style.

The CD was recorded between September 2008 and Februar 2009 in Porsgrunn at The Cica's Bedroom Studio.  Mastering at Klyve lydstudio by Řyvind Eriksen.

All instrument was played and the drum ideas was created by MikloS.

MikloS' favorit guitars are Fender Stratocaster 1968, Fender Strat Hendrix reverse modell ,Gibson Firebird V. which was played through Fender Twin ,a Marshall  Combo and and a Peavey  5150.  

The effects were mostly MXR, Jim Dunlop, Boss analog pedals.

According to MikloS' comments to the recording process was a quiet relaxed funny period. When the time was right he picked up the guitar and put some ideas on "tape".It happened that some parts was subtited during the 5 month.

The release date was choosed to match the blues activites and festivals around in  the summer month of Juni . It seemed to be the right one .
